  2. Just finished my 14 days. My stomach isn’t super flat but it’s better and I can even see a little bit of the 11 line if I’m saying that correctly. Lol

  4. Mình tập hơn 2 tuần, thấy không có gì thay đổi rõ ràng huhu. Nhưng minhg có cảm nhận đc bụng nhẹ hơn trước xíu xiu và tập được thói quen hóp bụng kkk. Mình nghĩ chắc phải tập lâu dài hơn nữa.
